VOTE BELOW NOW: Increase Dues $50
In order to provide revenue for the planned community improvement projects for 2020 and 2021 and to maintain reserve funds for future acquisition of properties within Hidden Hills, your Board of Directors has determined that it will be necessary to increase the amount of membership assessments.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the provisions of the association’s governing body, the Board of Directors has adopted a resolution increasing the assessment that each member is responsible for on a yearly basis as follow.
Current Assessment Amount: $150.00
New Assessment Amount: $200.00
Percentage Increase: 33.333%
Effective date of New Assessment: December 1, 2019
WHEREAS, The amount of dues to by paid be each Member shall be established by the Board of Directors and shall be approved by the majority of the Members.
WHEREAS, The Board shall cause the proposed amount of the annual dues for the coming calendar year to be delivered to each Member in connection with the notice of the annual meeting.
WHEREAS, The annual dues shall be approved at the annual meeting by a majority of the Members at said annual meeting.
WHEREAS, Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Membership does not approve the proposed dues or the Board fails to determine the annual dues, then and until such time as the annual dues shall have been determined, as provided here in, the annual dues for the previous year shall remain in effect.
WHEREAS, Each Member shall be sent notice for annual dues: Hidden Hills property owners shall also be notified of this information.
NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, The Hidden Hills Board of Directors have agreed on September 18th 2019 by majority consent to approve the new assessment amount of $200.00 annually. And to submit to the Membership on October 1st, 2019 for consideration and approval of the new assessment amount.
